Lead responsibility.
The right specialist fit.

James remains the named lead and contact unless a written proposal says otherwise. For relevant engagements, Michelle can take defined responsibility for governance, operations, executive coordination, assurance, stakeholder work and quality review. Her involvement is agreed project by project rather than assumed across every service.

Where a project needs specialist legal, accounting, tax, security, research or technical expertise, that need is identified openly and scoped separately rather than absorbed into a vague consultancy promise.
