This website prepares email for James. You choose when to send it from your own email app.
Preparing an enquiry or feedback
The enquiry and feedback forms hold your entries in temporary page memory. They do not submit them to a website database or send a message in the background. Use the available clear or edit controls to change the current entries. Reloading starts fresh; browser history may restore earlier page state.
Open email draft passes the recipient, subject and message to your configured email app. You review and send the email there. Copy places the prepared text on your device clipboard when supported; you can also select and copy it manually.
Search and the Pulse guide
A search term appears in the search-page address and may be kept in your browser history. The Pulse Consultancy Guide matches your question against a small, approved knowledge set on your device. It does not send the question to Pulse, an AI provider or an external service.
When you send or call
The authorised contact is James Macarthur-King at jamesmacarthurking@gmail.com or 0403 789 839. An email you send is received in James's Gmail mailbox and handled there for your enquiry or feedback. Your email provider, Gmail and any phone provider process the communication under their own arrangements.
Keep the first message to your name, a short description and any useful timing. A reply-to address and organisation are optional. Do not include passwords, health or employment records, official material or confidential client information. Ask James first if your matter needs a different handling arrangement.
Access, retention and requests
James is the contact responsible for handling these messages. Sent messages are held in the relevant email accounts and may remain in sent, deleted or backup folders under the providers' settings. This website does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed period. Contact James to ask about access, correction or deletion.
Website access and files
The website is a public draft. Hosting services process operational and security information needed to provide access; visitors do not need to sign in. No advertising trackers, analytics or newsletter subscription have been added. Downloading a sample saves it to your device. The samples are marked as drafts and fictional examples remain labelled.
Questions or difficulties
Email opens your email app. Calling uses your device's phone app.
