Clear to read. Straightforward to use.
The design aims to make the information and next steps usable across different screens and ways of interacting.

Using the draft
Pages use semantic headings and a skip-to-content link. Links and buttons have visible keyboard focus. Responsive styles are provided for smaller screens, and important information is not available only on hover or conveyed by colour alone.
The enquiry and feedback journeys use labelled fields, clear validation and a review step before opening email. Search has its own ordinary page, and the Pulse Guide control leads to a complete guided experience. Direct email and phone links remain available without either form.
Motion and text size
Decorative hover and floating motion is optional; reduced-motion settings disable it. There is no autoplay media. Use your browser zoom or text-size settings to enlarge the page.
Ongoing improvements
This website is in continuous review. We check navigation, forms and smaller-screen layouts as changes are made. Testing cannot cover every device or assistive technology, and this draft is not an accessibility certification. Please tell us if something prevents you from using it.
If an interactive tool does not load, ordinary email, phone and Search links remain available. The Pulse Guide provides curated topic suggestions; it is not live AI chat.
Imagery and examples
The glass-orb and gradient-wave mark is the supplied Pulse logo approved for this draft. The architectural and collaboration scenes six 3D service illustrations and the client-journey map were created with AI as illustrative assets. They do not depict actual Pulse premises, staff or clients. The abstract garden design in the Fieldwork example is an original decorative illustration, not a photograph of completed work.
Fieldwork Studio, Cedar Community Association, Northline Services and Harbour Makers are fictional demonstrations. Their names, circumstances and outputs are not evidence of client relationships or measured outcomes.
Report a difficulty
Use the universal Feedback control, or email or call James with the page, what you were trying to do and what got in the way. If useful, include your device, browser or assistive technology. A screenshot is optional.
Email opens your email app. Calling uses your device's phone app.
