What you bring
  • Your services, priorities and one person authorised to decide.
  • Brand files and images you have permission to use.
  • Access to the existing site only when the scope and access arrangements are agreed.
How we agree it works
  • Every agreed page contains finished copy and imagery.
  • Navigation, contact paths and downloads work on the agreed browsers and screen sizes.
  • You can complete the agreed content-update tasks using the handover guide.
Scope & practical arrangements

Hosting, domains, paid assets and ongoing care are scoped separately. Online shops, booking systems and other integrations need an explicit requirement. We do not promise search rankings or a blanket accessibility certification.

A written proposal sets out price, timing, responsibilities, approvals and provider costs.

A few useful answers.

Can you improve our existing website?

Yes. A review can identify whether targeted repairs, new content or a rebuild best fits your goals. The platform decision follows the needs of the site and its owner.

Do we need all the words and photographs ready?

No. We can scope content development alongside design. You will still need to confirm factual claims and approve the use of your brand and photographs.

What happens after launch?

The handover sets out ownership, updates, recovery, renewal dates and support boundaries. Ongoing care can be agreed as a separate service.

How are timing and price set?

After the first discussion, a written proposal confirms the agreed scope, stages, responsibilities, timing, price and any third-party costs. No work begins from an assumed or historical estimate.

Who owns the finished work?

The proposal and handover state ownership, licences, access, editable source files and any ongoing provider costs. Existing client material remains the client’s; third-party assets keep their own licence terms.

How is confidential information handled?

The first enquiry should contain no sensitive material. If the work needs protected information, the handling method, access, storage, review and deletion arrangements are agreed before it is provided.
