Social & digitalA useful story, wherever people find you.
Audience-specific posts, campaign creative, social content calendars, landing pages and enquiries.
For example Campaign messages lead to one clear landing page and contact action.
Email & automationFollow through without repeating the admin.
Welcome sequences, approved follow-ups, scheduling, lead routing and reminders using agreed tools.
For example A permitted enquiry triggers a reviewed welcome message, then an owned follow-up task.
Print & conventional mediaTake the same message beyond the screen.
Brochures, flyers, presentation material, media releases and creative for print, radio or other agreed channels.
For example A printed flyer carries the same offer and a QR or short link to the campaign page.
Sales communicationMake the next conversation easier.
Clear offers, capability packs, proposals, pitch materials, enquiry journeys and practical sales follow-up.
For example A capability pack answers the common questions before an introductory conversation.

Scope & practical arrangements
We agree channels, production scope, approvals and ongoing support before work starts. Advertising spend, printing, distribution, media placement and provider subscriptions are separately approved costs. Reach, sales and media coverage cannot be guaranteed.
A written proposal sets out price, timing, responsibilities, approvals and provider costs.

A few useful answers.
Can this include social media and print?
Yes. The programme can bring together social content, email, websites, brochures, flyers, presentations and conventional media material. We choose the mix around your audience and budget.
Can you automate campaigns and follow-up?
We can design and implement suitable scheduling, enquiry routing, email sequences and follow-up tasks in agreed tools. Content, audiences, permissions and live activation are approved before use.
Can you keep running it for us?
Yes, through an agreed ongoing programme covering content, campaign operations, reporting and improvements. Workload, change allowances, review dates and response arrangements are set in writing.
How are timing and price set?
After the first discussion, a written proposal confirms the agreed scope, stages, responsibilities, timing, price and any third-party costs. No work begins from an assumed or historical estimate.
Who owns the finished work?
The proposal and handover state ownership, licences, access, editable source files and any ongoing provider costs. Existing client material remains the client’s; third-party assets keep their own licence terms.
How is confidential information handled?
The first enquiry should contain no sensitive material. If the work needs protected information, the handling method, access, storage, review and deletion arrangements are agreed before it is provided.

A good starting point is a conversation.
