Governance Reset Pack
For government teams, small businesses, associations and not-for-profits with a defined operational problem and a responsible project owner.
- 01
A map of the current system
Identify sources, decision authority, responsibilities and where work is getting stuck.
- 02
Practical registers
A usable decision log, action register and risk register with clear owners and review points.
- 03
A meeting-to-action workflow
Proportionate agenda, decision and follow-up templates that connect discussion to delivery.
- 04
An implementation plan
A prioritised 90-day roadmap, acceptance checks and a handover to the people who will run it.

What you bring
- One bounded problem and an accountable sponsor.
- Suitable process documents and examples, supplied through an agreed channel.
- Time with the people who make decisions and do the work.
How we agree it works
- Each decision type has an identified authority and escalation route.
- A sample meeting produces traceable decisions and owned actions.
- The nominated operator can maintain the registers and explain the next review.
Scope & practical arrangements
The initial pack provides operational governance support. Legal, accounting, tax, regulated assurance and procurement-panel status are not implied. Government work depends on appropriate authority and conflict-of-interest arrangements.
A written proposal sets out price, timing, responsibilities, approvals and provider costs.
Launch is a beginning, too.Choose a handover, ongoing care or a continuing campaign programme.

Does this mean more administration?
The aim is to reduce ambiguity and repeated effort. Existing tools and records should be retained where they work, and new controls should have a clear purpose and owner.
Can the work be smaller than a full reset?
Yes. A defined process, committee workflow or decision question can be scoped on its own. The first conversation establishes the smallest useful engagement.
Is this a legal or compliance audit?
No. Operational recommendations can help organise work, but specialist advice and any formal assurance must be separately commissioned.
How are timing and price set?
After the first discussion, a written proposal confirms the agreed scope, stages, responsibilities, timing, price and any third-party costs. No work begins from an assumed or historical estimate.
Who owns the finished work?
The proposal and handover state ownership, licences, access, editable source files and any ongoing provider costs. Existing client material remains the client’s; third-party assets keep their own licence terms.
How is confidential information handled?
The first enquiry should contain no sensitive material. If the work needs protected information, the handling method, access, storage, review and deletion arrangements are agreed before it is provided.

A good starting point is a conversation.
